Day 1Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya Welcome to Nairobi! Hotel check-in available mid-afternoon
Day 2Nairobi - Mt. Kenya Region - Samburu National Reserve From Nairobi drive to Mt. Kenya region. Have lunch at the famed Mt. Kenya Safari Club. Drive to Samburu National Reserve, home to the Samburu ‘Special 5,” a collection of unique animals, including Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, bees oryx and gerenuk. Afternoon game drive at Samburu National Reserve.
Day 3Samburu - Morning and afternoon game drives with free time at your lodge in between. Sundowner drinks in the bush with sunset views over Ewaso Ng’iro River. Enhance your free time in Samburu with a visit to a local Samburu village to learn about their culture. This option is available for purchase. Day 4Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy Samburu Drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa. Ol Pejeta afternoon game drive and visit to Sweetwater Chimpanzee Sanctuary.
Day 5Ol Pejeta - Lake Nakuru National Park Ol Peseta morning game drive. Scenic drive through the Kenyan highlands to Lake Nakuru National Park, a small ecologically diverse park
Day 6Lake Nakuru Lake Nakuru morning game drive includes an exclusive bush breakfast with mimosas. Free time at your lodge before an Afternoon game drive. >
Day 7Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara National Reserve Lake Nakuru drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous game area.
Day 8Maasai Mara - Morning and afternoon game drives with free time to relax at your camp in between. Special farewell bush dinner this evening includes a traditional Maasai dance performance.
Day 9Maasai Mara - Nairobi (Breakfast) Maasai Mara - Fly to Nairobi. Transfer to the Ole Sereni Hotel where a day room has been reserved for your use. Schedule departing flights after 5PM.
